Qualifying Returns:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item
Procedure:
- Contact us to request a return authorization number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags and security seals.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation email in the package.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Non-Qualifying Returns:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items without the original tags attached (including security tag, if applicable)
- Items that are not in their original packaging
Re-shipment:
- In the case of qualifying returns, we will re-ship the order to you without any additional charges.
